Member of Parliament for Davenport
Julie Dzerowicz is a senior leader in the private and public sectors with over 20 years of grassroots activism in environmental issues, education, and health care.
A child of immigrant parents, Julie understands the challenges that newcomers face. Her parents’ sacrifices instilled in her the importance of education, hard work, and above all, gratitude: to never take for granted how lucky we are to live in Canada.
A Davenport homeowner, Julie was until recently a director at a large Canadian financial institution. She has extensive experience as a political organizer, including as chief of staff to an Ontario cabinet minister.
Passionate about creating better communities, Julie co-founded Project Neutral, served on the JUMP Math Board, and mobilized her community around local issues. She believes that we all play a role in imagining and manifesting a better country, and Julie is proud to be the first female Member of Parliament for Davenport.
